Design and production of specialized engines for flight, paramotors, and trikes.
The idea to produce specialized engines for flight, paramotors, and trikes under the name “Minari Engines” was born from extensive experience in designing and manufacturing cylinders for internal combustion engines in the motocross, minimoto, kart, scooter, and maxi-scooter sectors.
Unique, specialized engines for these uses offer high performance and reliability—qualities appreciated by our customers, distributors, pilots, and flight enthusiasts who are increasingly requesting our products from various countries worldwide.
Specifically, these are 180 cc two-stroke engines with different configurations, such as vertical, inverted, or tilted, featuring natural or forced cooling for optimal temperature control, and equipped with manual, manual/electric, or electric starters.
Goals
Built using state-of-the-art technology, the engine crankcases are made from steel molds designed for die-casting and magnesium casting, finished with epoxy powder coating, and machined on the latest generation of high-precision CNC machines.
Ergal or Anticorodal parts are fully machined from solid blocks with specific surface treatments and, upon request, custom colors.
Cylinders are made of artificially aged Galsi 9 aluminum, with a Nickel Silicon-coated bore, internally diamond-honed with a plateau finish.
The piston features a diamond profile with two chrome rings, and the crankshaft is made of forged steel, fully ground on all parts. Electronic ignition with variable timing and a timing curve specifically designed for linear and constant operation.
Pre-calibrated Walbro carburetor and a sleek airbox with a Carbon Look finish.
Poly V belt drive transmission.
Sectioned exhaust system, properly supported to prevent breakage.
